Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Conversational Designer to join our team in creating immersive AI character experiences. As a Conversational Designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and natural-sounding dialogue using linguistic techniques and conversational mechanics.

• Design and develop urn-based dialogue systems that simulate human-like conversations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish preliminary processes and align on project goals.

• Clearly articulate conversational design decisions to stakeholders.
• Advocate for conversational design within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in conversational design, linguistics, or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing ability to design engaging conversational systems.
• Experience with linguistic techniques and conversational mechanics.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and human-centered design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
