Overview

As a Sales Operations Analyst at Iterable, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing our revenue processes, including those related to New Business revenue, SDR and partnerships operations, and ensuring data-driven decision-making.

In Short

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM.
  • Identify bottlenecks in sales and revenue processes.
  • Build reports and dashboards to track key metrics.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and hygiene.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Support sales leadership with pipeline analysis.
  • Assist in the evaluation and integration of new tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
  • Strong Salesforce experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience with revenue tech stack tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
