In Short

• Responsible for supporting leadership, managing data and reporting, problem solving, and implementing goal-oriented strategies.
• Reformulates policies and adjust logistics.
• Streamlines operations through researching efficiencies and problem solving.
• Works with Operations management to provide data support, quantification, and reporting.
• Creates broad analytics for the departments supported.
• Solves complex issues both independently and collaboratively.
• Works with various departments within the Company through project management.
• Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
• Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature; recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
• Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent Experience.
• Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
• Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, including making decisions on regulatory impacting processes.
