Operations Support Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Ops Sup Analyst 1 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team.

In Short

• Provide operations support services
• Maintain records and documentation
• Open accounts in coordination with the Operations team
• Serve as a liaison between operations staff and clients
• Perform business analysis and documentation
• Create presentations for project updates
• Work with Legal & Compliance teams
• Create and facilitate training sessions
• Manage project plans and follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Requirements

• Previous relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• General knowledge of client reporting
• Working knowledge of SQL environments
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in Operations
• Ability to work under pressure
