Overview

The Ops Sup Analyst 1 in CBPS is an entry-level position responsible for providing non-voice operations support services, including sales support, MIS, Day 2 reviews, and account maintenance. The role involves liaising between operations staff, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth operations and compliance with business objectives.

Requirements

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
