In Short

• Analyze large datasets from various sources, including electronic health records (EHRs).
• Develop and implement advanced statistical models and algorithms.
• Conduct population health analyses to identify risk factors.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams.
• Stay current with industry trends in healthcare data analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare data analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL and SQL query tuning.
• Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages such as R, Python, and/or SAS.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience in mentoring and training junior team members.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data sources.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
