Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in population health or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in health system, ACO, or health plan environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in value-based care models.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale population health initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
