Overview

As a Manager, Population Health, you will play a critical role in designing and leading various aspects of the Population Health Model, focusing on the Clinical Documentation Program to improve healthcare delivery.

• Lead the Population Health Model with a focus on clinical documentation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or population health.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Graduate Degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data analysis experience.
• Experience with electronic health records and data platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• US work authorization required.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
