Overview

As a Manager, Health Solutions you will support our rapidly growing business. Your work will be instrumental in bringing League’s Health Solutions to market. You will enable health programming and marketing tactics to drive measurably improved health outcomes.

In Short

• Support the definition and measurement of desired health outcomes for League’s Health Solutions.
• Assist in the development and execution of content and marketing initiatives.
• Support the implementation and utilization of Health Solutions within client platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft holistic experiences.
• Analyze data structures to inform implementation decisions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on health outcomes and engagement.
• Utilize patient care experience to optimize recommendations.
• Execute and maintain health outcome driven user journeys.
• Advise on user engagement strategies.
• Support the growth of League customers by providing expertise.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years in a patient care setting.
• Ability to influence decision makers.
• Expertise on data-driven decision-making.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.
• Experience in client-facing or project leadership roles.
• Licensed health professional (RN, PA, NP, PharmD, RD, etc).
