Population Health Director - Remote

Overview

As the Population Health Director, you will be responsible for building and advancing Vatica Health's quality of care product and CCM capabilities, working closely with various teams to facilitate solutions for customers' quality needs.

• Support senior Clinical leadership in defining and scaling the Quality-of-Care product roadmap.
• Develop and oversee the product's roadmap to meet business deliverables.
• Incorporate existing development-backlog and prioritize based on market needs.
• Champion the Quality-of-Care roadmap during planning sessions.
• Lead the Quality-of-Care department in product planning and resource management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to translate product needs into requirements.
• Research industry trends for data exchange and quality of care measure platforms.
• Build and maintain customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Perform strategic data analysis to support business needs.
• Present product capabilities and roadmap progress to stakeholders.
