Overview

The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing learning solutions for internal teams and external clients. This role supports training related to healthcare technology, business operations, and product adoption.

In Short

  • Design and develop eLearning modules, job aids, presentations, and other training materials for internal teams and external clients.
  • Build and maintain courses using Articulate Rise and Storyline; convert instructor-led and existing content into scalable digital learning.
  • Translate complex healthcare, operational, and product-related content into clear, learner-friendly training.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop training content.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Facilitate live virtual training sessions, including content delivery and Q&A management.
  • Support LMS administration, including course uploads and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare technology and business operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
