Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

We are hiring an Instructional Designer to create engaging, effective learning experiences for our internal teams and external learners. You will apply adult learning theory to solve real performance challenges.

In Short

• Analyse learning needs and design curriculum frameworks.
• Develop e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and instructor-led courses.
• Work with subject matter experts to translate content into engaging learning experiences.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and iterate based on data.
• Manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.

Requirements

• 2+ years of instructional design experience.
• Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, or Adobe Captivate).
• Understanding of ADDIE, SAM, or similar instructional design models.
• Strong writing and multimedia production skills.
• Experience designing for both corporate and consumer learning audiences.
