Overview

A fully remote Video Editor position focused on creating engaging short-form video content for social media platforms.

In Short

• Edit short-form video content (15–90 seconds) for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Add captions, text overlays, transitions, and licensed music
• Create simple motion graphics and animated elements
• Adapt raw footage from multiple angles into engaging final cuts
• Deliver consistently to brief deadlines across multiple client accounts

Requirements

• Strong short-form video editing portfolio — Reels, TikToks, or Shorts
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
• Fast worker — short-form content is high-volume
• Good eye for pacing, trend-awareness, and what performs on social

Nice to have

• Motion graphics skills in After Effects
• Experience editing for specific niches (fitness, food, fashion)
• Understanding of platform-specific formats and aspect ratios
