The Virtual Assistant will support the operations of a UK-based e-commerce brand by managing day-to-day tasks such as processing orders, handling customer queries, and maintaining accurate product listings.

Requirements

• Background in e-commerce operations, logistics, or retail preferred
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for inventory tracking
