As a Virtual Assistant – Operations at HireHawk, you will support a California-based landscaping company by managing daily administrative operations and ensuring smooth client communication.

In Short

Full-Time, Contractor position via HireHawk
Work remotely from anywhere globally
Schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time
Manage daily crew schedules and job records
Process payroll data for ADP submission
Handle customer emails and calendar appointments
Support CRM data entry and tracking in HubSpot
Proactively update and manage administrative details
Requires 2+ years in administrative operations
Advanced English proficiency necessary

Requirements

2+ years in administrative operations
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Advanced proficiency in English
Ability to work 9 AM–5 PM PST
