We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Digital Operations VA / Analyst to support a visibility service, focusing on improving client visibility across AI agents and the web.

In Short

• Review and clean client data, run visibility queries across AI agents.
• Draft 1-page Audit Reports using provided templates.
• Track audits and update statuses in our CRM.
• Update and maintain client profiles on various platforms.
• Reformat content into FAQs, social media posts, or blog content.
• Maintain the CRM pipeline and log follow-up dates.
• Execute a structured weekly work cadence for task completion.
• Support the creation of monthly performance reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong skills in Google Suite and familiarity with LinkedIn and Crunchbase.
• Basic technical ability to handle schema markup snippets and proof URLs.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with strong written English skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience with SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI agents like ChatGPT and Claude.
• Experience with client outreach for testimonials or PR submissions.
