Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations Assistant to manage the backend operations of a Shopify-based U.S. e-commerce business.

In Short

• Oversee daily Shopify operations, ensuring efficient fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
• Handle order fulfillment and supply chain coordination to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and returns.
• Conduct email and DM outreach to customers and vendors as needed.
• Maintain and update Google Sheets with key operational data.

Requirements

• Experience with high-SKU (100+ SKUs) stores.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations.
• Excellent communication skills for customer service.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
