This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for an E-commerce Operations Assistant to support UK-based online retailers from the comfort of your home in South Africa. No prior experience is needed — we provide full training and onboarding to set you up for success from day one.

In Short

• Process and monitor online orders to ensure accurate fulfilment and timely dispatch
• Update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on e-commerce platforms
• Respond to customer queries related to orders, returns, and deliveries via email and chat
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve fulfilment issues
• Generate daily sales and inventory reports for the management team

Requirements

• No prior e-commerce experience required — comprehensive training is provided
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Good written communication skills in English
• Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new online tools
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
