Senior E-commerce Growth Operations Assistant - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a senior, hands-on operator to be the right hand to our Chief Growth Strategist. This is a tactical execution role (not strategic): you’ll take clear instructions, move fast, and execute flawlessly across Shopify, ad accounts, landing pages, and email tools.

• Hands-on role supporting the Chief Growth Strategist in e-commerce operations.
• Execute tasks related to Shopify administration, ad account setup, and email tools.
• Maintain high levels of organization and adhere to detailed SOPs.
• Implement tracking for ads and landing pages.
• Ensure quality assurance and documentation of processes.
• Work in a structured environment with tight deadlines.
• Communicate progress and risks proactively.
• Must have 3-5 years of experience in tactical e-commerce operations.
• Strong understanding of growth tools and tracking systems.
• Work hours aligned with GMT+7 (Thailand time).

Requirements

• Proven experience in Shopify administration and app ecosystem.
• Experience with Meta Business Manager setup and tracking.
• Familiarity with landing page builders and email platforms.
• Strong grasp of GA4, GTM, and domain verification.
• Extreme organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a high-structure environment.
• Reliable workstation setup with internet access.
