Virtual Assistant - E-Commerce Customer Support & Operations - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join a small but growing e-commerce business specializing in niche consumer products. The role will blend customer service, Shopify order support, light vendor coordination, and basic 3PL logistics tracking. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, dependable, and eager to grow with a close-knit team.

In Short

• Respond to customer service inquiries via email/chat using Gorgias
• Manage order-related tasks in Shopify, including accepting and reviewing new orders
• Verify shipping addresses and track shipments
• Coordinate with vendors and dropshippers for issues
• Liaise with 3PL to manage returns
• Occasionally make outbound calls
• Assist with adding new products to Shopify
• Perform light QA of product listings
• Provide internal support to the founder and content teammate

Requirements

• Experience with Shopify and customer service platforms
• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Ability to make outbound calls using communication tools
• Experience coordinating with 3PL or vendors is a plus
• Flexible and willing to learn niche product knowledge
