Overview

As our Principal Product Manager, Integrated Solutions, you will guide the vision, strategy, and execution of our EMR-integrated product portfolio, helping customers achieve better clinical and financial outcomes.

• Conduct market, competitive, and regulatory analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Define and prioritize product features based on strategy and market demand.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for integrated solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with EMR vendors.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for integrated products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Track KPIs measuring delivery and adoption of products.
• Present updates to executive leadership.
• Drive EMR integration product adoption programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of product management in healthcare technology.
• Experience with data integration and systems interoperability solutions.
• Success launching EMR-integrated applications.
• Experience working with EMR platforms is a plus.
• Track record of delivering SaaS solutions in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of risk adjustment and quality improvement programs.
