Mindoula is seeking to hire a talented Case Manager to serve SMI/SUD members in Indianapolis, Indiana, and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, meaningful Case Management experience, and thrive in a high-growth environment.

• Deliver personalized case management to members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Two years of related experience.
• Knowledge of social issues and health resources.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under high stress.
• Reliable transportation required.
