• Develop and implement a strategic vision for healthcare sales.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of sales experience in healthcare or biotech.
• 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Success in scaling sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Deep understanding of healthcare markets and regulatory landscapes.
• Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics for sales performance.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovative solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
