Overview

As the Sales Director of Enterprise Healthcare at SoundHound AI, you will be critical in expanding our presence within the healthcare sector. You will drive revenue growth, market expansion, and the development of lasting partnerships with key healthcare clients.

In Short

  • Drive sales to meet and exceed revenue targets within the healthcare sector.
  • Act as a key contributor in high-impact deals, managing relationships with key healthcare accounts and stakeholders.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to healthcare executives, demonstrating SoundHound’s value in patient engagement, virtual care, and operational efficiency.
  • Execute a "land and expand" strategy to grow SoundHound’s footprint within health systems, providers, and digital health innovators.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategies.
  • Build, manage, qualify, and close deals within a rolling 12-month sales pipeline.
  • Identify and utilize appropriate contract vehicles to penetrate specific clients.
  • Engage cross-functional SoundHound resources at the right stages of the sales cycle.
  • Utilize data and analytics to enhance sales strategy.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to create and execute account growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven record of selling complex software solutions to healthcare executives.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, particularly in value-based care models.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Consultative sales approach that translates customer pain points into actionable solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Contact Center tools and processes.
  • Experience with autonomic, cognitive, and analytic solutions is preferred.
  • Experience in prospecting and presenting solutions to C-level executives.
  • Ability to craft solutions that align with business priorities.
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment.
