Customer Onboarding & Enablement Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Onboarding & Enablement Specialist within our Global PMO, you’ll be the driving force behind successful customer journeys from the moment a deal closes. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure every new customer enjoys a smooth, consistent, and impactful onboarding experience.

• Deliver Seamless Onboarding: Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, guiding them through a structured onboarding process.
• Empower Through Training: Develop and deliver engaging training programs and materials.
• Champion Best Practices: Create and maintain a repository of SOPs and templates.
• Foster Collaboration: Partner with various teams to coordinate onboarding efforts.
• Act as a Product Expert: Provide support and solutions to resolve onboarding challenges.
• Analyze & Improve: Track onboarding metrics to enhance processes and customer engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical writing, onboarding, training, or enablement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable meeting deadlines.
• Deep understanding of operational processes.
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Google Workspace, and Salesforce.
