• Lead deal structuring and revenue optimization initiatives.
• Drive revenue growth through pricing analytics and financial modeling.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on commission programs.
• Design comprehensive commission programs to align pricing strategies.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and objectives.
• Maintain documentation for commission calculations and deal approvals.
• Provide strategic financial guidance on complex deals.
• Build financial models to analyze deal structures.
• Implement validation processes for commission payouts.
• Streamline deal review processes with Sales Ops.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or pricing analytics.
• Understanding of B2B/AI software and unit economics.
• Experience in designing sales compensation programs.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Strong grasp of revenue accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to partner with GTM leadership effectively.
• Experience with SQL and visualization tools is a plus.
