• Report on team performance results with insights and recommendations.
• Act as internal process expert for Sales tech stack.
• Manage Sales Operations deliverables and analyses.
• Identify gaps in SOP compliance and KPI performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or similar roles.
• Track record of continuous process improvement.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Salesforce.
• Advanced analytical skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, PowerBI.
• Highly organized and self-starter.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Adaptable in a dynamic environment.
