In Short

Lead the design and development of automation solutions.
Partner with Mastercard OCC leads to deliver value-driven automations.
Build solutions to enhance event correlation and reduce escalations.
Improve first-call resolution rates and cut down customer-facing incidents.
Achieve high incident resolution rates at the OCC level.
Apply best practices and leverage automation libraries.
Mentor and guide teams on automation design and delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience with relevant technologies.
Experience leading automation in large-scale IT environments.
Deep knowledge of IPcenter, IPautomata, and automation frameworks.
Strong skills in Python, PowerShell, Ansible, and system scripting.
Understanding of networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and RESTful API development.
Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Flexible mindset with a can-do attitude.
