Overview

The Regional Director of Operations will lead and oversee Career TEAM’s WIOA operations in Washington State and California, ensuring excellence and integrity in workforce development initiatives.

• Lead and oversee WIOA operations in Washington and California.
• Drive execution of the strategic plan within the region.
• Ensure compliance with client/funding source and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee development of annual operating and capital budgets.
• Maintain contact with funding sources and local legislators.
• Champion performance and inspire innovation.
• Responsible for market growth in assigned region.
• Supervise local Executive Directors.
• Implement corporate initiatives and directives.
• Travel to California and Washington locations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum of five years experience in management.
• Experience in Workforce Development preferred.
• Five plus years of supervisory experience.
• Ability for strategic development at an executive level.
• Knowledge about the local region and relevant partners preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle personnel matters.
• A Valid Driver’s License.
• Able to travel locally and within the assigned region.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
