• Provide career counseling and intensive case management for adults in Ventura County, CA.
• Work on-site 80% of the time with 20% remote work.
• Assist clients in obtaining training and employment in entry-level healthcare jobs.
• Conduct intake and eligibility determination for workforce programs.
• Develop Individual Employment Plans (IEP) for clients.
• Facilitate workshops and group presentations.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with policies.
• Participate in staff events and complete required reports.
• Meet program benchmarks and provide referrals to services.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team and customer base.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• 2+ years of experience in training, counseling, or case management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruiting or marketing services.
• Knowledge of workforce and government contracts/programs.
• Ability to work with a culturally-diverse customer base.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
