Overview

The Regional Director of Operations (“RD”) serves as a key leader that is responsible for oversight and integration of all operational, sales and cultural functions across multiple orthodontic practices.

Requirements

• 8 to 10+ years’ experience in sales, operations, or marketing.
• 5 to 7+ years’ experience leading sizable teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of business drivers for sound decision making.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a matrix-driven environment.
