Marketing Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Specialist will play an important role in driving growth for Orthodontic Partners and its network of orthodontic practices. The position will execute marketing activities with our business development team, partner doctors, marketing agencies, and operational leadership across a variety of projects and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience.
• Project management skills and ability to execute end-to-end projects.
• Intermediate proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Event/exhibition coordination experience a plus.
• Ability to maintain deadlines and deliver exceptional client service.
• Up to 20% travel may be required.
