Overview

The Operational Excellence Coach is responsible for leading major Lean and cultural transformations across customers in various manufacturing industries by implementing QAD Redzone software and providing expert coaching.

In Short

• Lead Lean transformations in manufacturing environments.
• Coach customers on QAD Redzone software implementation.
• Work with frontline teams and executives to drive productivity gains.
• Facilitate on-site deployments and customer training.
• Track performance data and facilitate meetings.
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Provide assessments and troubleshooting support.
• Deliver executive overviews and progress reports.
• Travel to customer locations up to 80% of the time.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive positive outcomes.

Requirements

• Senior Operations Leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in roles like Operations Manager or Continuous Improvement Manager.
• Knowledge of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software.
• PLC experience is a plus but not required.
• BA or BS in relevant fields such as Engineering or Business Management.
