Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a BDR/BDE, SDR, or outbound sales role in B2B SaaS/Tech.
  • Experience with targeted account lists.
  • Familiarity with sales methodology and best practices.
  • Strong research skills and ability to tailor messaging.
  • Comfort with outbound engagement via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Self-driven, organized, and accountable.
  • Curious mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Collaborative team player in a remote environment.
  • Exposure to ABM or account-based GTM models is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools is advantageous.
