Overview

We are looking for a talent who enjoys the art of persuasion and wants to develop their sales skills to join our select Sales EMEA team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for establishing the first contact with major hotels and resorts in Spain, connecting and generating interest in potential clients for our AI traveler assistance platform.

In Short

  • Actively prospect and interact with potential clients in Spain via email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Follow up and meet targets in calls, emails, and contacts.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities (inbound and outbound).
  • Be the first point of contact in the sales process, creating engagement and strategies for clients to be interested in our product.
  • Schedule meetings, demonstrations, and present leads to the Business Development Manager.
  • Keep the sales system updated, controlling the process and achieving individual goals.
  • Analyze results with the director for continuous improvement.
  • Support the team to achieve agreed results and KPIs.

  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in speaking with people from different cultures.
  • Self-motivated and enjoys challenges.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning, as training will be provided to improve sales knowledge and skills.
  • Focus on metrics to achieve goals.
