  • Develop in-depth knowledge of glass and building materials.
  • Drive steady growth through strategic sales efforts.
  • Regularly track and report sales progress and client feedback.
  • 5+ years in business development or sales experience required.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills needed.
  • Proficiency in golf is advantageous for networking.
  • A degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Remote-based role with occasional travel to Canada.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development or sales, ideally within the building materials sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in golf is advantageous.
  • A degree or relevant certification in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $110,000 per year.
  • Commission: 2% on new business.
  • Mileage reimbursement.
