Superside is looking for an Operations Excellence Manager to lead our Project Support Operations & Data Insights teams, optimizing processes and providing actionable insights to enhance creative work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations roles.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
• Background in escalations/ticket management.
• Data analytics expertise (SQL, Looker, Google Sheets).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven people leadership and team management experience.
• Process-oriented and execution-driven mindset.
• Understanding of user-centric design.
• Curiosity and a growth mindset.
• Experience in a fast-growing creative industry is a plus.
