Requirements

• 3+ years of experience using data for business decisions.
• Strong expertise in data collection, processing, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching professionals.
• Mastery of coaching best practices or willingness to develop.
• Passion for delivering effective learning opportunities.
• Ability to manage positive stakeholder relationships.
