Overview

The Quality Assurance Specialist will focus on reviewing customer service interactions and providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year in a customer service/sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Support best practices.
  • Understanding of QA's impact on support organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify trends and root causes.
  • Data-driven reporting abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
