Quality Assurance Specialist - Remote

Overview

The IMA Group is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This remote role focuses on maintaining the highest standards in reviewing reports and addenda generated by our physician panel.

In Short

• Review IME reports, addenda, peer reviews, and other documentation for accuracy.
• Address issues in referral letters and exceed quality assurance expectations.
• Process revisions and follow up on pending changes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Monitor deadlines for timely report completion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client issues promptly.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of related experience in claims management or quality assurance.
• Experience in Disability claims is required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work on tight turnaround times.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word; experience with Microsoft Excel desired.
