In Short

• Collaborate with Operations and the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Maintain and implement the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Perform internal audits and contractor/vendor assessments.
• Assist with on-site client audits.
• Provide training on regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs during daily operations.
• Interpret regulatory guidelines into QMS.
• Responsible for audit responses.
• Promote quality and continuous improvement philosophy.
• Contribute to a safe and orderly work environment.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree with related experience in healthcare or clinical research.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in quality assurance in GxP industry.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn specific software.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
