Project Coordinator I - Remote

Overview

The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Management Division with the coordination and conduct of project management activities related to clinical trials, ensuring quality and compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP).

• Assist in the management of office tasks and study management.
• Support the development and proofreading of project documents.
• Coordinate study activities from start-up through close out.
• Maintain project documents and assist with quality control.
• Provide training and support for clinical trial software (EXCELSIOR™).
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and monitor quality of work.

Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clear and effective oral and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• No specific licenses or certifications required.
