In Short

• Work closely with the Field Project Manager to manage project milestones and financial oversight.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontractors for project completion.
• Provide project financial oversight including forecasting revenue and budget reviews.
• Communicate project schedules and changes with customers to improve satisfaction.
• Identify project risks and develop strategies to minimize impact.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer communications.
• Maintain organization and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Uphold integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in team growth and deliver exceptional results.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• HS/GED and/or College degree, trade school or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years of call center, dispatch or administrative experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Basic financial knowledge and skills.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to high levels of customer service.
