Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a proactive, adaptable, and highly organized Project Coordinator to support our Operations Manager and Project Managers in delivering multiple projects efficiently.

In Short

• Coordinate the effective delivery of projects, including oversight of ETAs, resourcing, compliance, and quality assurance.
• Support Project Managers across all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Maintain and update project systems such as D-Tools and the Project Portal.
• Prepare and review documentation such as contracts and project budgets.
• Liaise with clients for inductions and handover documentation.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track hardware deliveries and coordinate logistics.
• Assist with contractor onboarding and administrative tasks.
• Support operations-related activities such as technician scheduling.
• Process subcontractor invoices and assist with general administrative duties.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in project administration tools and documentation management.
• A proactive and flexible attitude with a commitment to supporting team success.
