Finance and Procurement Specialist - Remote

Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a responsible Finance and Procurement Specialist to support management of financial transactions and procurement activities, with a strong emphasis on Accounts Receivable.

In Short

• Prepare and issue invoices in QuickBooks and client platforms.
• Manage recurring invoices and monitor collections.
• Support client/vendor onboarding and maintain accurate records.
• Process approved expense claims and handle month-end processes.
• Generate financial reports for management review.
• Follow company procurement policies and prepare purchase orders.
• Assist with supplier price list maintenance.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Work in a remote setup within the AU timezone.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Strong background in end-of-month processes and supplier management.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with Ariba and Payapps.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
