Procurement Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement and Purchase Order Processor to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our document processing workflows.

In Short

• Full-time position as a Procurement and Purchase Order Processor.
• Work remotely with a schedule aligned to EST, Monday – Friday.
• Review, validate, and audit purchase orders and related procurement documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes.
• Assist with onboarding new clients by auditing historical records.
• Perform quality control checks on document classifications and details.
• Identify and flag patterns of errors to improve document processing.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or financial document processing is a plus.
• Comfortable using Airtable, Excel, or similar tools.

Requirements

• Experience in data entry, document processing, or quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with data validation and document auditing.
• Ability to follow structured workflows while applying critical thinking.
• Prior experience in procurement or supply chain preferred.
