Finance and Accounts Receivable Officer - Remote

Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a strong Finance and Accounts Receivable Officer that will provide administration support across invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, retentions, expense claims, company credit card reconciliations, fuel cards, toll accounts, company vehicle administration, and month-end processing.

In Short

• Process invoice requests and raise invoices in QuickBooks.
• Set up and maintain recurring invoices.
• Monitor retentions and issue client statements.
• Assist with client vendor onboarding.
• Reconcile company credit card transactions.
• Provide assistance with month-end processing.
• Support process improvements across finance administration.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Ability to work remotely with teams.

Requirements

• Experience in accounts receivable or finance administration.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Good understanding of invoice processing and reconciliations.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to manage recurring tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems.
