Overview

The Project Manager at Convergint Federal plays a pivotal role in executing projects from initiation to completion, delivering integrated security solutions to clients.

In Short

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Oversee field operations including site assessments and installations.
• Monitor progress and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage field personnel and ensure effective execution of project tasks.
• Implement quality assurance processes to meet standards.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Adhere to regulatory compliance and safety protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School or GED diploma required.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in security or technology.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active driver’s license.
• Ability to lift objects weighing 25 - 50 pounds.
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
