Overview

The Security Project Manager role at EOS IT Solutions requires a unique combination of security, construction, project management, and leadership skills to design and coordinate security systems and technology projects, ensuring the protection of client assets.

• Establish and lead an enterprise-capable project management office.
• Develop, track, and maintain budgets and schedules for projects.
• Collaborate with various departments to create project SOW.
• Manage RFP processes for security components.
• Enforce global system standards and drive design excellence.
• Demonstrate effective time management and sound judgment.
• Collaborate with management groups across the organization.
• Challenge the status quo and introduce innovative ideas.
• Coordinate repairs with vendors as needed.
• Available for on-call emergencies and travel 10%-15% domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in a similar role within a security organization.
• Working knowledge of MS Windows and Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of automated/integrated security systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Project budgeting experience for various project scales.
• Strong IT and systems architecture knowledge.
