In Short

• Full-time Project Coordinator role
• Assist Project Management Division with project activities
• Support management of clinical trial data
• Perform data upload and quality control functions
• Maintain controlled documents and Master Project Files
• Support clinical sites and clients according to procedures
• Assist in the development and proofreading of project documents
• Communicate with various departments for project logistics
• Provide training and support on software functionality
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
